I just think it is sad that so many women cannot accept themselves as they are - they strive so hard for 'perfection' which is often not as attractive as that which nature intended...

I have a passion for Visual Journaling and mixed media. When I was first starting out I found a lot of inspiration scattered around the web. So I decided to create a resource for anyone wanting to keep a journal and www.journalcraft.co.uk was born.
I previously spent 25 years in the IT industry, and still advise small businesses.
